- Loading and unloading is no longer your problem: if you have pallets, simply have them delivered to the curb on Friday at the time agreed upon with the logistics manager. When you arrive you will find the material in the display location you have chosen. For unpacking, simply leave the material ready and packed at your exhibit space, and we will take it to the curb for pickup at the time specified by your courier. Request this service when booking your exhibit space.
- All display solutions include chairs, power outlet, visibility on Agreement in previous weeks. Power strips and extension cords are not included.
Display solution: Tables in common spaces
We will take into account preferences expressed at the time of booking, but the final location for each exhibitor will be confirmed and communicated two weeks before the event. Table locations on the maps are for reference only and subject to change.
