SHG Music Show celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2022. It is the longest-running modern musical instrument event in Europe. First held in 1992, it has evolved over time and is now held at Palazzo Stelline, a prestigious Milanese location opposite the basilica that houses Leonardo da Vincis’s famous Last Supper.
The audience (> 6000 paying visitors, plus free and accredited admissions) can spend two days of full immersion in music, among stands, buying and selling space, themed exhibitions and the two stages on which non-stop events take place. The opportunity to meet famous artists and industry insiders, regular visitors, is an important added value.
The event is an initiative of the Accordo group, active in Italian music information since 1992, on the Web since 1997. In 2001 Accordo.it was among the first Italian sites to publish visitor content thanks to the Slashdot platform. The site has evolved over time to the current Accordo 5.n, which runs on an internally developed platform.
Quality, punctuality, attention to readers and professionalism are the prerequisites thanks to which Accordo has become known and appreciated over time by the vast majority of active Italian-speaking musicians.
