IMPORTANT!
The logistics manager will contact all exhibitors in the weeks leading up to the event to coordinate arrival times, unloading, and setup procedures.
Couriers.
Materials shipped by courier must be delivered on the date specified in the logistics instructions sent to exhibitors by the logistics manager.
Pass.
Exhibitor passes will be handed out by staff upon arrival. Wristbands must be worn immediately and kept on for the entire duration of the event (they are washable). In case of misuse, passes will be revoked.
Loading – unloading.
The street in front of the venue will be reserved for loading and unloading operations. Exhibitors may stop long enough to unload their materials, then move their vehicles to the partner parking area or any other designated parking zone.
Setup.
To minimize congestion on the street, the logistics manager will assign each exhibitor a specific time slot for unloading and setup, which will take place either on Friday or Saturday morning.
Breakdown.
Sunday, 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Courier pickups must be scheduled for the Monday following the event, between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
A €200 fee will be charged for each half day of delay.
