VENUE, DATES, AND OPENING HOURS
Setup, dismantling, and the running of the event will take place according to the schedule published on the event website. The organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify dates, times, venue, duration, layout, program, or format of the event for organizational, technical, logistical, safety reasons, force majeure, or as required by the Authorities.
REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION OF EXHIBITORS
The electronic registration form, deposit, and full balance must be submitted according to the methods and deadlines indicated in the registration form. A paid invoice will be issued by Accordo.it srl upon receipt of full payment. Participation constitutes a binding contractual commitment. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to exhibitors who are not compliant with payment terms.
ALLOCATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE
The layout may be agreed upon where предусмотрено, otherwise it will be determined by the organizer, who reserves the right to modify the location or size of the space without obligation of refund.
Shared booths: upon agreement with the commercial team, exhibitors may host other companies, which must register and pay the fee for each individual brand (€390 + VAT). Any changes to the assigned space will be communicated to the exhibitor, and written confirmation shall constitute acceptance.
EXHIBITOR PASSES, ARTIST PASSES, AND GUEST TICKETS
Passes will be issued upon arrival according to the agreed allocation; additional passes will be provided subject to availability and charged as per price list. Passes must be worn at all times during the event. Lost or damaged passes will be replaced at a cost of €50 + VAT (€25 + VAT if the damaged pass is returned).
Artist passes are nominative and reserved for performers on official stages; name lists must be submitted at least 15 days prior to the event. Discounted guest tickets are available according to the indicated packages.
LOADING, UNLOADING, AND SHIPPING
Loading and unloading must take place within the agreed time slots. Vehicles must be removed immediately afterward; any vehicles left on site will be charged to the exhibitor.
Shipments must be communicated at least 7 days in advance and remain the exhibitor’s responsibility from warehouse to exhibition space.
ELECTRICAL POWER AND AMPLIFIED INSTRUMENTS
Electrical power will be supplied if included in the exhibition package. Supply may be suspended if sound pressure exceeds the levels set by the organizer.
In shared “electric – testing allowed” areas, amplified instruments may be used only for brief demonstrations; in “unplugged” areas, amplified use is strictly prohibited.
USE OF EXHIBITION SPACE
Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the premises. Display and promotion are limited to own or officially represented products. It is forbidden to attach materials to walls, use open flames, or introduce hazardous or odorous substances. Structural alterations, drilling, or unauthorized floor coverings are not permitted.
All materials must comply with fire safety regulations and certifications. Independent food and beverage activities are prohibited.
ADVERTISING
Distribution of catalogs, price lists, or promotional materials is permitted exclusively within the exhibitor’s assigned space. Leafleting in common areas is strictly prohibited.
SAFETY
Compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 on workplace safety is mandatory.
It is strictly forbidden to obstruct emergency exits, fire hydrants, extinguishers, or electrical panels.
Smoking is prohibited indoors and in non-designated outdoor areas; designated smoking areas will be indicated by the organizer in accordance with current regulations.
CANCELLATION, POSTPONEMENT, MODIFICATIONS, AND FORCE MAJEURE
The organizer may modify, postpone, or cancel the event for organizational, technical, safety reasons, force majeure, authority orders, or circumstances beyond its control.
No compensation or indemnity shall be due; any amounts paid may be refunded in full or in part, or converted into credit for future editions or equivalent services.
Indirect costs (travel, setup, personnel, etc.) are not refundable.
EXHIBITOR WITHDRAWAL AND TERMINATION
In case of withdrawal, the exhibitor remains liable for full payment of the participation fee, additional services, and any damages. The deposit is always non-refundable.
Penalties on the remaining balance:
SECURITY, INSURANCE, AND LIABILITY
The participation fee does not include insurance against theft or damage.
The organizer provides general surveillance of the premises but assumes no responsibility for theft or damage to exhibitors’ property.
Exhibitors are responsible for the safekeeping of their materials during setup, event, and dismantling.
The organizer shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages between exhibitors or toward third parties, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
END OF THE EVENT
Exhibitor exit is permitted only from the time indicated on the event website. Early dismantling is not allowed.
Exhibitors must return the space in the same condition as received. Any costs related to disposal of materials, packaging, waste, or restoration of damages will be charged to the exhibitor.
DISPUTES, BREACHES, AND JURISDICTION
Signing the registration form, including electronically, implies full acceptance of these regulations.
The organizer may suspend participation or terminate the contract in case of non-compliance, without obligation to refund fees and without prejudice to claims for damages.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.
AMENDMENTS TO THE REGULATIONS
The organizer reserves the right to update or amend these regulations at any time for organizational, technical, logistical, or regulatory reasons. Any updates will be communicated via email or published on the official website and will be binding from the moment of notification.
SPECIFIC APPROVAL
Pursuant to Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the exhibitor expressly approves the clauses concerning cancellation/postponement/modification, liability, payments, penalties, and limitations of liability.
