Place, date and time.
Setup, breakdown, and the event itself will take place according to the schedule published on the official website. The organizers reserve the right to change times and locations as needed.
Registration and admission of exhibitors.
The electronic participation form, deposit, and final balance must be submitted according to the terms and deadlines listed on the website. The organizers reserve the right to deny admission to exhibitors who have not completed payment. A paid-in-full invoice will be issued by Accordo.it s.r.l. upon receipt of full payment.
Allocation of exhibition space.
Layout is defined in agreement with the exhibitor if the selected solution allows it; otherwise, it is determined by the organizers, who will do their best to consider exhibitors’ needs. The organization reserves the right to change the assigned location or its size if necessary, with no refund obligation.
Shared stands:
With prior agreement from the commercial team, an exhibitor may host other companies in their space. Hosted companies must register and pay a €320 + VAT “hosted brand” fee.
Exhibitor passes.
Passes will be handed out upon arrival in the agreed quantity. Extra passes will be issued while supplies last and invoiced at the rate listed in the price list. No additional passes will be available during the event. Passes must be worn at all times. In case of misuse, the pass will be revoked. Lost or damaged passes will be replaced at a cost of €50 + VAT, or €25 + VAT if the damaged pass is returned.
Artist passes and guest tickets.
Artist passes are personal and reserved only for performers on official stages. The artist list must be submitted at least 15 days before the event for approval. Passes will be issued under the name of the exhibitor. Discounted ticket bundles are available for exhibitors who wish to invite guests.
Unloading
Unloading must follow the times agreed with logistics staff. Upon arrival, staff will provide passes and direct you to the designated area. Vehicles must be moved immediately after unloading. Leaving vehicles in the loading area is strictly forbidden. Unauthorized vehicles will be removed and costs charged to the exhibitor.
Shipments by courier.
Materials (pallets or sealed boxes) can be shipped directly to the venue at the address and times communicated after registration is completed. Each exhibitor is responsible for moving their items from storage to their booth using their own equipment. All shipments must be announced at least 7 days before setup.
Electricity.
Electricity is included if specified in the chosen booth solution. Power will be suspended if sound pressure in the hall exceeds limits set for that exhibition area.
Amplified instruments in common rooms.
In “electric – demo allowed” areas, amplified instruments may be played briefly for testing purposes, at volumes low enough to allow conversation nearby.
Stage setups, full songs, backing tracks, and band performances are not allowed.
In “unplugged” areas, no amplified instruments or percussion may be tested.
In case of violation, power will be cut by event security.
Only one amplification system may be used at a time in electric zones.
Use of exhibition space
Exhibitors are responsible for any damage to the venue. Only products and services that are either owned or officially represented by the exhibitor may be promoted, and all offerings must comply with the law and the event’s purpose.
It is forbidden to affix posters, signs, or banners to walls using tape, nails, or pins. Informational materials must be displayed on self-supporting stands. Table setups must stay within a 50 cm perimeter around each table.
Open flames, hazardous or smelly materials, or anything that may cause harm or nuisance are strictly prohibited.
Food and beverage services inside the venue are not allowed.
Promotional materials
Catalogues, price lists, and other promotional materials may only be distributed within the exhibitor’s booth. Handing out flyers in common areas is prohibited.
Cancellation
If an exhibitor cancels after confirming participation, the full fee and any additional service costs, taxes paid on their behalf, and any damages caused to the organizers will be charged.
Security and insurance
Participation fees do not include insurance against theft or damage.
The organizers will provide daytime and nighttime security in event areas but decline any liability for theft or accidental damage to goods at booths or anywhere else within the venue.
Each exhibitor is responsible for safeguarding their own booth and goods throughout the event, including during setup and breakdown. A constant presence in the booth is strongly advised.
End of the event
Exhibitors may begin packing up only at the time specified on the website. Early departure is not allowed.
The booth must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
Any waste, packing materials, or damage to the venue will incur additional charges.

Disputes and violations
Signing the participation form constitutes full acceptance of these rules.
The organizers reserve the right to suspend participation or terminate the agreement in case of violation, without refund, and may seek reimbursement for damages.
All legal disputes will be settled in the Court of Milan.
