Rules

Place, date and time.

Setting up, dismantling and carrying out the
event will take place according to the program indicated on the event website. The organization reserves the right to change locations and times as needed.

 

Registration and admission of exhibitors.

The electronic participation form, the deposit and the balance of the fee must be sent in the ways and times agreed and indicated on the site. The organization reserves the right not to admit an exhibitor who is not up to date with payment. The receipted invoice for the total fee will be issued by the company accordo.it srl after receipt of the balance.

 

Allocation of exhibition space.

The layout in the room is agreed with the exhibitor if foreseen by the chosen solution, otherwise it is decided by the organization, which will take into account the needs of the exhibitors as far as possible. The organization can change the location of the assigned space or vary its dimensions if necessary, without the exhibitor being entitled to any refund. Sharing displays. By agreement with the trade managers of the event, the exhibitor can host other companies in its space, which are required to register for inclusion in the catalog and pay the “guest company” fee of €320 + VAT.

 

Exhibitor passes.

They are delivered upon the exhibitor’s arrival, in the number indicated on the price list for the various solutions. Extra passes will be provided up
subject to availability and invoiced at the rate indicated on the price list. No extra exhibitor passes will be available on the days of the event. Exhibitors must wear the pass for the entire duration of the event. In case of abuse the pass will be withdrawn. Lost or damaged passes will be replaced at a cost of €50 + VAT or €25 + VAT upon delivery of the damaged pass.

 

Artist passes and guest tickets.

Artist passes are nominal and are reserved for artists who must perform on the official stages of the event. The list of names must be communicated to the organization no later than 15 days before the event for approval. Passes will be issued in your name
of the exhibitor. Discounted ticket packages are available for exhibitors wishing to invite visitors.

I unload.

Unloading must take place at the times agreed with the managers
of logistics. Upon arrival at the entrance the staff will provide the passes and indicate the
unloading area. After unloading, exhibitors must immediately remove the vehicle. It is forbidden to leave vehicles in the unloading area. Vehicles left in the unloading area will be removed by the organization with the related costs charged to the exhibitor.

 

Shipments by courier.

It is possible to send material on pallets or closed boxes directly to the event venue at the address and with the methods communicated upon completion of the registration procedures. Every exhibitor
will be responsible for moving their material from the warehouse to their exhibition area, using their own vehicles. Each shipment must be announced to the organization at least seven days before the set-up date.

 

Electric energy.

Electricity is assigned if indicated in the description of the chosen display solution. The supply will be suspended if the sound pressure in the room exceeds the levels defined by the organization for the exhibition area concerned.

Amplified instruments in common rooms.

In some “electrical – rehearsals permitted” common spaces it is permitted to play instruments, including amplified ones, but exclusively for the purpose of testing them, for limited periods and in any case at a volume that allows conversation in the adjacent spaces. The installation of stages, amplification systems, performances and performances of entire songs on bases or in groups is not permitted.
In the “unplugged” spaces, tests of amplified instruments and percussion are not permitted. In case of abuse, the surveillance service will suspend the supply of electricity to the exhibitor.
